About Us

Ready To Help is founded and principally operated by David Shawcross who is personally involved with all clients and projects.

David has over 20 years of experience in Technology Development in the communications, automotive and industrial sectors and over 10 years experience in International Business development and marketing. Countries traversed include the USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Russia and Israel.

Being able to both understand technology and business is one of the unique and compelling value propositions of Ready to Help.

Most notable achievements include international patents and publications, design and development of direct injected engine management systems, high volume manufacturing of wireless OEM modems and negotiating engineering and technology licensing agreements with foreign international Governments and organisations.

David has a solid electrical and mechanical background founded on a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (with 1st Class Honours). His strategic and business analysis skills are supported by a Masters in Business Administration (with emphasis on Technology Management). David is enthusiastic and persistent placing a high value on integrity in all his dealings.
